Pre-orders for the package version are available at the Oyasui Project official shop from today, August 27, 2026, until November 15, 2026.

I am Nakaten, representative of the Oyasui Project. This project is currently working to help more people discover the strengths and charms of Lake Biwa and the Shiga region. In particular, we hope to show that this is a land full of potential in the field of craftsmanship and manufacturing.
Oyasui Motomi, the subject of this new voice library, is a mysterious being themed around water and Lake Biwa, who loves water itself as a substance and always seeks out places by the water. While she has a calm presence like a still water surface, she also harbors intense emotions deep inside, showing a rich variety of expressions and tones of voice.
The voice of Oyasui Motomi is provided by Niiyama Yumeno, a voice actor from Shiga Prefecture, and the voice recording for this library was also carried out in Hikone, Shiga. The package production is likewise handled entirely by businesses within Shiga Prefecture: the printed materials by Hakuzensha Printing, Inc. in Moriyama, the acrylic keychains by BASE ONE Co., Ltd. in Hikone, the genuine leather pass case for the limited-quantity edition by atelier gungnir in Otsu (with laser engraving by Laser Kobo Haru in Hikone), and the presentation box by Yamaguchi Isshindo Co., Ltd. in Otsu.
For this release as well, everything from voice recording to package production has been carried out entirely within Shiga Prefecture, uniting the character with local craftsmanship. She is perfectly at home in the water: she can swim, dive to great depths, and somehow stay underwater for a very long time.
