Major Improvements

• Added "Use Vertical Wheel on Horizontal Scrollbars" to Preferences > General.

Main changes

• Disabled moving the selected row when Enter is pressed in the sentence list.
  Note: To restore the previous behavior, enable "Enter Key Selects Next Row" in Preferences > General.
• Changed the result order of the REST API GET /voices endpoint to the reverse of the previous order.
  Note: The API specification does not define the order of results returned by GET /voices. This order may change again in the future.

Main issue fixes

• Fixed an issue where the REST API GET /speech-syntheses endpoint could select a voice library different from the one specified by voice_name when voice_version was not specified.
• Fixed an issue where double-clicking to reset a mora duration also reset the durations of all preceding consonants.
• Fixed an issue where range selection in the sentence list did not work correctly immediately after selecting a sentence in the track list.
