Techno-Speech, Inc. (headquarters: Higashi-ku, Nagoya; Representative Director: Keiichiro Oura, hereinafter "Techno-Speech") announces that "ray" (planned and operated by Tokyo School of Music & Dance), a new voice library for the singing voice synthesis software "VoiSona," which realistically reproduces human singing voices using the latest technology, and the text-to-speech software "VoiSona Talk," which realistically reproduces human speech with cutting-edge technology, has been released on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

It is a Japanese female voice library created based on the voices of students from Tokyo School of Music & Dance and Tokyo School of Music & Dance High School Course. The character design was created by students from the Tokyo Design Technology Center.
"ray" has been installed in all PC rooms at affiliated schools and will be utilized not only for student-led virtual artist operations but also in various hands-on IP projects aimed at nurturing next-generation creators.
