Major bug fixes

• Fixed an issue with timing parameters being reset when opening a DAW project saved with "Audio Input" turned off using VoiSona as Effect Plug-in.
• Fixed an issue in which changes in timing parameters were not reflected in the output audio when "Audio Input" was switched using VoiSona as Effect Plug-in.
