• In connection with this change (from a paid voice library to a free voice library), we have revised the Terms of Service.

<March 24, 2026 (time TBD)>

• Customers currently subscribed to the “Annual Plan” or “Monthly Plan” for “Chis-A [tʃíːseɪ]” will have their subscription status automatically changed to “cancellation scheduled” as of March 24. No action is required on your part; you may simply wait for the free release.

<April 24, 2026 (time TBD)>

• Sales of all “Chis-A [tʃíːseɪ]” plans will end, and the product will become available free of charge to all users.

• Description: Customers who hold a valid one-time purchase license for “Chis-A [tʃíːseɪ]” (including the packaged version) as of April 23, 2026 at 23:59 will receive a “Song Voice Library Exchange Coupon” redeemable on the official VoiSona website. This coupon can be used to exchange for any song voice library currently available for sale at the time of redemption.
• Eligibility: Customers whose one-time purchase license for “Chis-A [tʃíːseɪ]” is active as of April 23, 2026 at 23:59. (If you possess a license code, please be sure to activate it in advance.)
• Coupon Distribution: Coupons will be sent sequentially via email starting April 27, 2026. If you do not receive the email by May 3, 2026, or if you were unable to activate your license code by the deadline, please contact us via the VoiSona inquiry form. The coupon will be valid until August 23, 2026 at 23:59. Please note that we will not be able to reissue coupons or provide individual support after the expiration date for any reason.
